- 1 Fresh Vanilla pod, extracted vanilla beans or a splash vanilla essence
- 1 cup of Ginger beer
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- Fresh or canned pears (as garnish)
- Canned pears syrup or a simple syrup (to taste)
- 4 tots Sugarbird gin
– Add the Vanilla bean, lemon juice, Cinnamon, syrup & gin into a cocktail shaker, with some ice & give it a good shake. Pour the mix into a cocktail jug over some more ice, slowly pour in the Ginger beer & stir, serve in a Coupe or over some ice in a tumbler glass.
