Gin Recipe - Cranberry & Cinnamon Gin Tea


  • 2 tots Sugarbird Gin 
  • 2 bags of Cranberry & Cinnamon flavoured tea 
  • Honey to taste (go nice and sweet) 
  • Juice of half a lemon 
  • Fresh or frozen berries- for garnish 

Brew a pot of tea (enough for two cups) & add honey or sugar to your preference. 

Let it brew for a nice strong flavor. 

Once cooled down, pour into a large serving jug over some ice. Add the Gin and lemon juice & give it  a good stir. 

Serve over crushed ice or ice ball. 

Add berries for garnish.
